Does registration cost anything?<\/h3>\n

No. Creating an account is free and takes two minutes. You only pay if you win a lot.<\/p>\n

Are my bids anonymous?<\/h3>\n

Yes. Other visitors only see your bidder ID (e.g. “Bidder #4827”), never your name.<\/p>\n

What fees do I pay on top of the winning bid?<\/h3>\n

A transaction fee applies per lot: up to €5,000 – 15% (min €100); €5,000–12,000 – 10% (min €750); €12,000–75,000 – 4.85% (min €1,200); above €75,000 – flat €3,638. Fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.<\/p>\n

How do I pay?<\/h3>\n

By bank transfer, in full, within 7 days of the auction end. Collection is possible only after full payment.<\/p>\n

How does transport work?<\/h3>\n

The buyer arranges transport. We are happy to recommend hauliers and will assist with loading at our yard.<\/p>\n

Can I inspect a machine before bidding?<\/h3>\n

Yes – viewing is available by appointment. Each listing also includes a detailed inspection report with photos.<\/p>\n

Is there a reserve price?<\/h3>\n

No. Our auctions are unreserved: every lot sells to the highest bidder.<\/p>\n
